Refund & Shipping Policy for Shark Docs

Thank you for supporting Shark Docs. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Area & Methods

We currently ship merchandise within the United States only. Orders placed for delivery outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.

We primarily ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Pre-sale or limited release items may take longer; timelines will be noted at purchase.
2. All Sales Final
Due to the small-scale nature of our operations and limited release of items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
3. Limited Release & Pre-Sale Items
Limited release and pre-sale merchandise is non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are produced in small batches, and we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes after purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at thesharkdocs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if verified, provide either a replacement (if stock is available) or another resolution at our discretion.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Shark Docs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any issues must be resolved directly with the carrier (USPS).
6. Service Interruptions
We may experience occasional shipping delays due to limited stock, pre-sales, or unexpected circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.
