Join course instructor Dr. Chris Malinowski for this unique hands-on summer field experience where you’ll work with Florida’s most iconic marine species.

Shark Abundance Surveys

Conduct shark surveys, learn safe capture, handling, and tagging techniques.

Sea Turtle Nesting Surveys

Conduct nesting sea turtle surveys, including data collection for loggerhead, green, and, if we're lucky, leatherback turtles!

Exploration & Ecotourism

Conduct reef fish surveys across tropical marine habitats, such as mangrove forests and coral reefs, and swim with apex predators alongside professional guides.
